Everblooming Enterprises, Inc. manufactures and or distributes medical equipment and devices for applications throughout the world. Our Corporate Headquarters is in Trevose, Pennsylvania (Philadelphia area), with USA sales, manufacturing, distribution or service facilities in Trevose, Chantilly Virginia, and Shanghai, China.

    The company was founded in 1989, and is privately owned by a small group of investors. Dr. James N. Li is our Founder and current Chairman of the Board.

      Dr. Li was born and raised in Shanghai. He received his medical degree at Second Medical School of Shanghai, and practiced medicine in China and Hong Kong for 17 years. With his knowledge and many years experience in the medical profession, Dr. Li is able to identify emerging needs in medicine and science and then target new products to these markets. The goal is to improve quality of care and provide the most cost effective solution.

    While living and working in the USA, Dr. Li introduced many new US technologies to hospitals in China, and developed several devices for sale there. As a physician, he has a clear perspective on medical care, and works closely with hospitals, manufacturers and physicians to improve patient care. As a US citizen and originally from China, Dr. Li has the advantage of close connections to the two largest medical markets.

    Today, the business continues to expand and comprises several divisions with specialists in different fields. The organizational structure is by product application, as follows:

 EB Research Division

Provides sales, distribution and service functions for a complete line of Benchtop NMR and MRI instruments manufactured by Niumag Corporation.  Systems are user-friendly, stable designs, and are ideal for: teaching, research, and industry QA/QC.

 

EB Medical Division

Provides manufacturing, sales, distribution and service for a complete line of X-Ray technologies to the veterinary and medical markets.  For example, the purchase of a Dr.Vet digital imaging system is an economical way to enter the digital age, without compromising features or performance, and is a stable, state-of-the-art system.

 

EverIris Medical Division

Offers a complete line of low cost imaging systems manufactured by Neusoft Digital Medical Systems.  These scanners provide reliable, high quality service, with the lowest total cost of ownership.

 

I-MED Division

This division is a fully integrated entity located at Suzhou, (near Shanghai) offering R & D, manufacturing, sales, distribution and service of medical devices for Asian markets.  Products are: digital imaging systems, 3-D laparoscopic video systems, radio frequency needle series, and heart surgery instruments.  Through aggressive R&D new devices emerge each year, to further our competitive edge.
